Senior Java/C++ Developer

BMC is looking for a highly talented Senior Java Developer to work as part of our experienced backend development team located in Tel Aviv.


Responsibilities include:

  • Design and develop features for an industry-leading product using modern backed-end technologies.
  • Rearchitecting an existing component using current technologies.
  • Work in agile within a Scrum team to meet deadlines and produce high quality features.
  • Work in good collaboration with other teams to develop joint features.
  • Emphasis on resilience, supportability, testing automation.
  • Provide high quality support to our customers.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Software development (Java) 
  • BSc. in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Experience with communication.
  • Experience with web service protocols (REST, JSON).
  • Experience with Spring, Spring Boot.
  • Experience with Linux.
  • Experience with Unit Tests.
  • Experience with Automation Test pipelines.
  • Able to participate and conduct software designs.
  • Strong technical skills, problem solving skills, good communication skills, self-motivated.


Advantage:

  • Experience with pub/sub messaging.
  • Experience with build tools e.g. Maven/Gradle.
  • Experience with Docker, Docker Compose, K8S
  • Experience with C++
  • Experience working in Agile/SCRUM
